Hi, I’m Dr. Ashley

Thanks for checking out my practice!

I want to share a little about myself and my approach. I completed my B.A. in psychology from UCLA, and attended Fuller Theological Seminary for my Masters in Christian Leadership and Doctrate in Clinical Psychology (license PSY 33567). I provide individual & family therapy, parenting consultations and pediatric assessements.

Guess what! I am a mama of 4. This means that I get it. We are all doing our best. I love parterning with parents to help them learn effective parenting strategies.

Overall, it is my joy to improve emotional regulation and communicatoin skills so that my clients feel their best and live connected, meaningful lives.

I love approaching mental and relational well-being from a mind, body, & soul framework.

If integrating faith into your mental healing process is important to you, you’ve come to the right place. Regardless of your faith background, I will follow your lead and explore this intersection as much or as little as you would like.

I know that finding the right mental health specalist is important. Please reach out if you have any questions or want to learn more. I wish you well on this journey.
